Property Sales Information

Using Property Transfer records obtained through Sask. Information Services Corp, SAMA analyses sales information to confirm market trends for property assessment purposes. SAMA provides copies of the Property Transfer records to our client municipalities, and they are also available to the public to purchase.

Property Sales (Property Transfer) Information

Property sales information (Property Transfers) can be purchased through SAMA for $7.00 per transfer (plus GST). Transfers do not include buyer/seller information. SAMA does not maintain or distribute sales information pertaining to the cities of Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current or Prince Albert.

Property Transfers are selected by municipal unit with date range and/or price range. Please submit this information when ordering.

Cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Reports are released upon receipt of payment.

Other Sales Information

Other sales data is available for purchase through SAMA such as market reports, improved sales lists, vacant land sales lists, sales lists for additional neighbourhoods or stratifications, or other information.
